Back in the summer of 2018 Derek Jeter’s house in Greenwich Lake New York hit the market for simply under $15 million. Here we are three years and a pandemic later and your house is back up for sale at a “lowered rate” of only $12,750,000. What a bargain! Truthfully, when you actually take a look at your house you can kinda see that the minimized cost is, in reality, a bargain you understand if you played 19 seasons for the New york city Yankees and earned a reported salary of over $266 million, not counting recommendations of course.
Here are a few of the images from the very first time I told you about what I hoped would one day be my house.
Take a look at this place simply amazing! He has his own fountain!!!
Hey if you do not feel like swimming in the lake how about your own infinity swimming pool?
This final picture actually makes me a little sad. The thought of Derek Jeter no longer being a Yankee was a tough pill to swallow. I enjoy he’s recognizing his imagine being a group owner in Miami with the Marlins but when I see that the male had his own Statue of Liberty and now he’s selling his New York home stings a little. Check out the full listing for Derek Jeter’s on the Wright Bros Truth website. Diane Mitchell is going to be one popular realtor.
Here’s the Zillow listing simply in case you have not drooled enough over Jeter’s former house yet.
