This modern-day coastal cottage sits at nearly 2,000 square feet hosting 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half restrooms. Upon approaching the home, visitors are welcomed by a vibrant coral front door that pops versus the pewter-toned siding. The formal entry of the house leads into the lively foyer and nearby stairway. The 2nd entry is meant for daily usage, equipped with a two-story glass encased mudroom, bench seating and a staircase that leads to a big corridor, which opens to the laundry features and nautical inspired powder space. Upon either entryway, visitors are led to the heart of the house including an open breakfast nook and relaxing living room, creating an outstanding design for entertaining and everyday living. Both the breakfast nook and cooking area take a neutral tone, with pale greens to match the tree-lined views of the home’s backyard, noticeable through the large sliding glass doors. Through the kitchen area, visitors will step out onto a large deck for outdoor dining in addition to a hardscape seating location total with fire pit. Upstairs, visitors will find three unique bedrooms each created in their own design. The main bedroom has a nautical feel with royal blue walls and ceilings, initial art work blended with antique nautical flags to pay homage to the coast, and a chic white restroom en suite. Along the upstairs hallway, a hunter green guest room and colorful studio area flank the rose-colored visitor restroom.
