CAUTION- There is language in this story some may consider offending ** A Portland male was summoned on various charges including Interference with Constitutional and Civil Liberty, after a video of the after-effects of a supposed assault started to go viral in the

Portland area Friday afternoon. According to a news release from the Portland cops, Michael Roylos, 63 years-old of Portland, assaulted

a 38-year-old Portland female after an obvious driving dispute. Roylos’was provided summonses on charges of Aggravated Attack, Assault, Bad Guy Threatening and Disturbance with Constitutional and Civil Liberty.

Alana Reali recognized herself as the victim in a public Facebook post Friday afternoon.

Cops responded to the Northgate Shaw’s parking area around 6:00 PM where they state the argument intensified into an

alleged attack. The lady told police she was attacked and supposedly verbally assaulted.

The circumstance intensified into the declared physical attack.

In the post that has gone viral, Alana Reali declares she was verbally bothered and attacked by the male now

determined as Roylos.

“Hey men I simply had a homophobic man attack me in the Shaw’s north gate car park. This is his picture and license plate. He attacked me after calling me a ‘fucking faggot’ put me in a chokehold and began punching me in the back of the head,’ stated Reali in the post. ‘Thankfully there were individuals there as I was screaming bloody murder. If no one was around this guy would’ve killed me. I’m presently in the back of in the ambulance with a busted ankle and severely shook registered nurse. Please share this, this male needs to be behind bars.”

According to authorities, the female fell while attempting to run away from him and injured her ankle. She was taken to Maine Medical Center and treated for non dangerous injuries.

NEWS CENTER Maine has connected to both Reali and Roylos for discuss the occurrence.

The Portland Press Herald identified Roylos as the former owner of the now closed Spartan Grill in Portland. Roylos is also the creator of the”Pathway Buttlers”which offer people a place to deal with the butts. Practically 70″buttlers” were set up on posts and poles in Portland back in 2014.

Officials with the Portland Authorities Department might not validate Roylos recognition beyond his name and age.
