PORTLAND, Maine– In a Facebook post Friday, J’s Oyster in Portland revealed it will be closed indefinitely due to a team member screening positive for COVID-19
Anyone who visited the restaurant on Oct. 31, Nov. 1 or 2, might have been exposed to the virus. Customers must monitor for 7 to 10 days and get a COVID test if they feel ill.
There is no resuming date set for the dining establishment as personnel will get evaluated, and quarantine for 10-14 days, in addition to the dining room getting a complete scrub down.
